Bit of a tricky one I think, given that it gets {{em|mentioned}} all the time, e.g., for their [https://www.govtech.com/elections/tech-will-help-georgia-double-check-ballots-in-november failed Georgia bid] and it's considered a major vendor in the industry (see [https://www.axios.com/2019/09/24/microsoft-election-security-software Axios], [https://www.engadget.com/2019-09-25-microsoft-open-source-secure-voting-software-electionguard.html Engadget]), but most of the more {{em|in-depth}} sources are the sort of WP:TRADESy sources that we would not typically consider to meet WP:ORGCRIT, for example [https://www.darkreading.com/cyber-risk/clear-ballot-s-mission-fast-audits-of-election-results InformationWeek / Dark Reading] and [https://web.archive.org/web/20210514100753/https://xconomy.com/boston/2016/01/12/clear-ballot-out-to-reinvent-voting-tech-one-oval-at-a-time/ Xconomy].

There are a couple of scholarly sources mentioning the company also, for example, [https://link.springer.com/chapter/10.1007/978-3-030-30625-0_2 Bernhard et al. (2019)] and his later PhD thesis, [https://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/handle/2027.42/163272 Bernhard (2020)], but I don't think it quite meets the criteria for depth of coverage. The best news source I found would probably be [https://washingtonmonthly.com/2023/10/29/show-me-the-ballots/ Washington Monthly], but again I don't think it quite meets the "directly and in-detail" threshold that we would need to write an article from it.

It would be a bit of a shame to have absolutely nothing on the company, but there are a few places where it is mentioned, so I figure I'd propose it as a redirect to Election audit § Ballot scans for 100% audits (given they're best known for their auditing software), or one of the other places where Numbersinstitute has added a mention.
