My searches for reliable sources of any kind that give even a mildly in-depth review of this film have all returned with nothing. There is no evidence that this film satisfies WP:NF criteria. All of the information that could plausibly be verified about this subject (original air dates, plot synopsis, cast, etc.) can be stated elsewhere on Wikipedia--namely List of Codename: Kids Next Door episodes and the main series page.
