The result was closed as moot. I merged the page contents to List of Latin phrases (C) and redirected the page appropriately. I don't think this legal Latin catchphrase is widely used enough to support an entire article, but if someone wants to try, go ahead. Until then, all the content that was here fits neatly into the existing article. - Smerdis of Tlön - killing the human spirit since 2003! 17:00, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
