Delete – Kind of hard to tell, but this was a TV station that broadcast US-originated content for 6 months around 1992? Per WP:BROADCAST, it still wouldn't be notable even if it comes back as a translator station for digital content. – Margin1522 (talk) 00:09, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
