  • Redirect to Bandera News Philippines per WP:CHEAP and WP:PRESERVE. Since NMEDIA is not a guideline, !votes based on it are not policy-based, as explained in this closing statement. The GNG is thus applicable, and this article indisputably doesn't pass it. Unless and until the community endorses NMEDIA at an RfC, it cannot be used to override actual notability guidelines.
