Delete - Does not pass WP:BIO, or WP:MUSICBIO, and a [http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=John+Matthews%2C+now+known+as+Da+STRANGER&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=&aqi= google search] pulls up no hits other than his website, and a few sites selling his cds.
