I don't believe this article meets the notability guideline for people; from my searches, there appears to be very little coverage of Henderson in reliable secondary sources. Comment There is a property developer in Christchurch of the same name who is rather notable. The Christchurch guy went broke a year earlier. I remember looking up the Auckland developer back then and recall that I could find articles about him. But if they don’t exist any longer and the article is in poor shape (which it is), then it’s best to nuke it. Schwede 66 17:46, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
