Delete - Google News found small mentions [http://www.bernama.com.my/bernama/v3/news_lite.php?id=227966 here] and [http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=2006\11\06\story_6-11-2006_pg7_9 here], Google Books provided a [http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&gl=us&tbm=nws&q=Dennis+Ganendra&oq=Dennis+Ganendra&gs_l=news-cc.3..43j43i400.7639.7639.0.7985.1.1.0.0.0.0.68.68.1.1.0...0.0...1ac.1.gCtNpy4Oopc#q=Dennis+Ganendra&hl=en&gl=us&tbm=nws&source=lnt&tbs=ar:1&sa=X&ei=-V12UP79Bqq02AWEwYGoBw&ved=0CCIQpwUoBQ&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.&fp=4c25bddd8415723a&bpcl=35243188&biw=1430&bih=672 payment required result] (third and final result from the top) which is probably another small mention, considering that my first two links also mentioned the road construction agreement. Google News also provided one news article [http://www.nst.com.my/streets/central/minconsult-marks-jubilee-with-fun-fair-1.147842 here] which features one quote by Dennis Ganendra. There are insufficient sources to establish notability and an appropriate article at this time. Google Scholar provided one piece of work by him which would probably be insufficient for Wikipedia:Notability (academics) and the other two are small mentions.
