• Delete. The name is familiar to me and the article has been around for a while so I thought he might have written a few books... but no, just a few articles on websites like chessbase. Hasn't played in a US championship or represented the US at anything, hasn't won anything important. Doesn't meet the threshold of notability, per the informal WP:NCHESS criteria.
