  • Keep. Of course there's an assertion of notability. He's chairman of a commission appointed by the king. This would easily be enough to grant him notability in a western country (do you really think the chairman of a commission appointed by the Queen of the United Kingdom or the President of the United States would be deleted?). He was also appointed to a chair at one of Thailand's most prestigious universities by the king.
