  • Delete per Cullen. Ansh666 02:51, 17 June 2013 (UTC)
  • Delete as WP:NOTNEO, both Google Scholar and Google Books turn up zero hits for the term. Both of the first two sources listed are connected to the individual [http://www.insead.edu/facultyresearch/faculty/profiles/mketsdevries/ Manfred F. R. Kets de Vries] who appears to have coined the term (can't really tell as neither of those two sources is searchable online) and so are not independent, nobody else appears to have picked up on the term. The third source listed is searchable online and does not appear to contain the term. WP:42 is not met. Zad68 15:08, 19 June 2013 (UTC)
