"DOP is a new generation software platform with intelligence." So says the article. And so new that [http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&newwindow=1&safe=off&rlz=1B3GGGL_en___GB216&q=%22Domain+Operating+Platform%22&btnG=Search Google] finds only 13 articles with those words in.
