Unref'd BLP. Had a hunt around for sources, found [http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/26/world/americas/26blake.html 1], [http://www.iaaf.org/athletes/biographies/country=USA/athcode=206385/index.html 2], [http://www.iaaf.org/news/kind=100/newsid=57858.html 3] and [http://www.jamaica-gleaner.com/gleaner/20101008/sports/sports1.html 4], which are either not in-depth or she's inheriting notability from her father.
