Wholly unsourced article. I am not finding any indepth independent coverage. OK, he was named to the American Philatelic Society Hall of Fame but, looking [https://classic.stamps.org/HOF-Alpha#MP here] it is not a particularly exclusive honour. I am also not seeing any tangible achievement in the field of philately. Fails WP:BIO. Just Chilling (talk) 21:42, 6 February 2019 (UTC)

Delete or Draftify. Sole link given as reference is broken. Can't find any single RS (outside of sites that are really copies of his Wiki article). Could also just Redirect to American Philatelic Society Hall of Fame, where he is listed. Britishfinance (talk) 21:26, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
