• Delete per WP:SNOW, WP:PROF, WP:GNG, and WP:MILL. I can't emphasize enough that he got "India's fourth highest civilian award". There's lots of medical and nursing professionals working amongst scheduled tribes in south Asia. There's a whole set of articles; see Nursing in Pakistan and Nursing in India, for example.
