Notability is questionable. No references/sources provided. Google search reveals not much pertinent hits to can justify notability [http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=Dra%C5%BEen+Viki%C4%87-Topi%C4%87&meta=]. Also, per WP:BLP, "Material about living persons that is unsourced or poorly sourced—whether the material is negative, positive, or just questionable—should be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion."   • Comment. Originally an NMR chemist. GS cites do not pass WP:prof #1 or other Prof class. Now a politician or bureaucrat in Croatia; appears to hold one of six second rank positions in Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sport. (http://public.mzos.hr/Default.aspx?sec=2431). Is this enough for WP:Politician? Xxanthippe (talk) 06:41, 4 October 2009 (UTC).
  • Weak Keep Borderline, unless there are good sources for the GNG. 71 papers in Web of Science, but citations relative low: best are 39, 34, 29, 17, It is not really right to tell whether or not a chemist is notable from Google scholar. I will gladly check in WoS or Scopus, for those who don't have access, but anyone at a university should have one or the other. The ministry position is sub-cabinet level, so he;s not automatically notable there either. ` DGG ( talk ) 01:13, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
  • Delete. Fairly ordinary academic career doesn't seem to meet WP:PROF, and work as civil servant doesn't seem to reach notability as politician. LotLE×talk 01:52, 5 October 2009 (UTC)
