• Delete: I can find references to the WWE wrestler and this author [https://books.google.ca/books?id=keBlAAAAIBAJ&lpg=PA1&dq=%22Dusty%20Rhodes%22%20author&pg=PA1#v=onepage&q=%22Dusty%20Rhodes%22%20author&f=false] from about a century ago, but nothing for this person. • Delete per nom - if there are reliable sources, they are buried under the thousands of sources about the famous wrestler and the notable but less famous ace. In such cases, the burden of rescuing it falls upon the article creator. Bearian (talk) 08:41, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
• Comment I have so far found two sources, both from 2002 when he published his first novels. One says that his real name is Gary Kennedy, and he used to be a pastor [https://www.newspapers.com/article/daily-american-republic-historical-weste/168410580/], the other just says he won an Eppie award (possibly EPPY Awards?) and was raised in eastern Oklahoma. This is not enough yet to meet WP:NAUTHOR or even WP:BASIC. If I find more, I'll return. RebeccaGreen (talk) 12:01, 20 March 2025 (UTC)
