The subject has played in the Ghana Premier League and in a Spanish lower league according to their [https://int.soccerway.com/players/edward-ebo-mends/436379/ Soccerway profile]. I've been unable to find anything beyond database entries and passing mentions in match reports, certainly nothing resembling WP:SIGCOV. The article fails WP:GNG.
