A WP:BEFORE search turns up nothing on this "aspiring politician" in the Philippines. I thought it was a borderline G11, but there are enough encyclopedic tidbits to merit bringing it here instead. theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/they) 05:09, 21 August 2022 (UTC)

• Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for standing as candidates in elections they did not win, but this neither makes nor sources any claim whatsoever that he has notability for other reasons. Bearcat (talk) 13:33, 21 August 2022 (UTC)

• The way it is written he's still an aspiring politician now, but the events in the article were in 2016. Bacay received less than 1% of the vote in his district in 2016. In 2019 and 2022, he apparently didn't run. Howard the Duck (talk) 11:34, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
