No notability except for "as a toddler she joined Mensa". No continuing notability. Simon-in-sagamihara (talk) 09:14, 24 March 2010 (UTC)

  • Delete: all [http://news.google.co.uk/archivesearch?pz=1&cf=all&ned=uk&hl=en&q=%22elise+tan+roberts%22&cf=all news coverage] I can find relates to her Mensa admission, so the biographies of living persons "one event" rule applies: "If reliable sources cover the person only in the context of a single event, and if that person otherwise remains, or is likely to remain, a low-profile individual, we should generally avoid having an article on them". This is a three-year-old child and I think there is a reasonable expectation that she is otherwise a low-profile individual. Gonzonoir (talk) 14:29, 24 March 2010 (UTC)

  • Weak keep due to assertion that she is the "youngest ever" … Happy Editing! — {{#if:71.166.147.78|{{User|71.166.147.78}}|71.166.147.78 (talk)}} 00:44, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

  • Delete, WP:BLP1E applies. Stifle (talk) 10:38, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
  • Keep Gonzoir inadvertently says it all "otherwise.. is likely to remain, a low-profile individual", well, she isn't. A black girl that is featured in papers and [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O7meTUV_83Ytv around the world] at the age of two will remain interesting. I'd also like to state that while the English wikipedia's deletion policy is generally speaking the world's best it is for some reason biased against child prodigies i.e. Greg Smith [http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greg_Smith here in German] who made it to Oprah Winfrey, has received several articles by best-selling German magazines over the years (not only once) but is buried in a list of prodigies in English.German.Knowitall (talk) 16:06, 31 March 2010 (UTC)

:Comment: I believe the English Wikipedia's BLP1E policy is (partly) about retaining a presumption of privacy for individuals who wind up in the news because of a single event, especially if they are minors. While it would be nice to have a crystal ball's confirmation (heh) that this person will remain prominent I still vote delete, though if it turns out that over the coming years she remains in the public eye then by all means I'd change my mind later. Gonzonoir (talk) 16:14, 31 March 2010 (UTC)

  • Delete, pure WP:ONEEVENT coverage of a child, reported as a human interest story. She may merit a brief mention in the article for Mensa International, but otherwise her accomplishment at the age of two doesn't require a permanent standalone article on the girl herself.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 17:48, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
