• Keep. Embassies do appear in the news quite often. I added a reference to an article in MercoJuris, an Argentinian newspaper, covering some activities of the embassy in 2017. There is another reference to an article covering a massive legalization event in 2019 in the same embassy. Last year there were some news about Colombian citizens repatriation due to the pandemic, like this one: https://www.elespectador.com/judicial/consulado-en-paraguay-debera-garantizar-regreso-a-colombia-de-ciudadano-con-vih-article/ Therefore, I don't see any lack of coverage. • Merge to Colombia–Paraguay relations as suggested above. There is perhaps some value in the content but I don't think (at this time at least) it warrants an independent article. There may be scope in future. This is hopefully a fair compromise between deletion (as it won't be an article) and keep (as the page will direct to a relevant article (or section).
