Lack of significant coverage for WP:SPORTBASIC. Through searching in Maltese sources, I found an image caption in [https://timesofmalta.com/articles/view/upbeat-zammit-pays-tribute-to-vallettas-character.206125 Times of Malta] and a passing mention in [https://www.independent.com.mt/articles/2006-07-08/sports-others/Local-Football:-Birkirkara-Officially-present-their-four-new-foreigners-93693 Independent]. Most Bulgarian sources are clearly about Emil Yanchev (footballer, born 1999) rather than this person. Still, there are some sources about the 1974 Yanchev. [https://blitz.bg/sport/bg-futbol/krenvirsha-shche-igrae-v-severen-kipr_13711.html Blitz] has a transfer announcement which briefly lists his previous clubs but we would need more than this to establish notability.
