- Delete with the possibility of re-creation by someone with a better grasp of what Wikipedia is for. This topic seems to have recognition in the literature, but the article is a personal essay. WeirdNAnnoyed (talk) 15:45, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
:Keep 'Employee voice' is a an appropriate topic for an article. It's a widely accepted concept (see e.g. https://www.cipd.org/en/knowledge/factsheets/voice-factsheet/ ) and there's a growing body of academic literature on it (see, for example, https://www.researchgate.net/publication/369998765_Employee_Voice_A_Systematic_Literature_Review . The current article certainly certainly needs a lot of work to get it into better shape, and I note that the January 2023 version appears to have been deleted and replaced by editors in September 2023 who seem to have been working on this article as part of an assigned project for an educational course. Reverting in full or part to the Jan 2023 version might not be a bad starting point for improving the article. Hmee2 (talk) 15:48, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
