Delete. I can find no reliable sources in English; the sources currently listed are not acceptable and there's no real assertion of notability either. Karanacs (talk) 14:55, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

Delete' - The only source present in the article that I would consider a reliable one is this [http://www.expressindia.com/latest-news/Bishop-Raju-felicitated/315074/ Express India article], but it doesn't mention the subject of this article, and in fact, doesn't verify the statement that it is supposed to support.
