The result was delete. After three relistings the consensus to delete is fairly clear. Anyone who wants to write an actual article on the topic would no doubt find this mostly empty "template" of little use, and it's certainly of little use to our readers. Someone started this article but didn't finish. Tagged as an orphan since 2009 - I don't see the point of having this article if there isn't anything in it Gbawden (talk) 12:07, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
