Article gives no substantial clear or coherent information in English. Offhand, I can find no substantial clear information in English on Google. I do not believe the article creator has the English skills to improve or expand the article or to make it into coherent and informative English, or sizeable enough to warrant retention on English Wikipedia. Strong keep one of the most famous Christmas songs in Sweden. J 1982 (talk) 12:26, 4 January 2015 (UTC)

keep - article definitely needs c/e and refs but the song is one of the most famous christmas songs in Sweden. Notable.--BabbaQ (talk) 14:13, 4 January 2015 (UTC)

  • Keep, again AfD is not a venue for clean-ups. Article subject valid and notable. Here is Roger Pontare's version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuA6UL0kaR8 --Soman (talk) 14:32, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
  • Keep Nominator doesn't seem to understand that "notability in English" is not a criterion for establishing notability. Townlake (talk) 15:44, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
  • Comment. There's still the troubling fact that there is little or no information on the song in English, and that the article creator's command of English does not seem sufficient to make this article comprehendible. One solution is to use an interlanguage link (Ett barn är fött på denna dag) to the Swedish article in the small handful of English wiki articles that happen to mention the song. Right now [http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=sv&u=http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ett_barn_%25C3%25A4r_f%25C3%25B6tt_p%25C3%25A5_denna_dag&prev=search the Google Translate of the Swedish article] makes much more sense than this English article. • This is the wrong venue for that conversation. Townlake (talk) 00:06, 5 January 2015 (UTC)
  • Keep as per J 1982 and BabbaQ. I also must say that I do not find the English text incomprehensible; it says pretty much the same as the Swedish article. /FredrikT (talk) 09:29, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
  • Strong keep: This is a very famous and notable Christmas tune actually and needs to be reflected in English Wikipedia as well as in Swedish Wikipedia. werldwayd (talk) 11:56, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
