Apart from the Google search results provided by the nom[http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22eugene+summers%22+%22traffic+flow%22&btnG=Google+Search],a GoogleScholar search for "Eugene Summers" returns nothing relevant[http://scholar.google.com.au/scholar?hl=en&rlz=1B3GGGL_enAU254AU254&q=%22eugene%20summers%22&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=ps].
