Subject fails to clear the bar set by WP:CREATIVE or WP:ACADEMIC. Articles in other language versions of Wikipedia also fail to establish notability, and appear to have been written by the subject. Deletion proposed in 2010 by {{reply to|Garcilaso|p=}} and contested by {{reply to|Jezhotwells|p=}}. Only mention of the subject in anything approaching a mainstream source (that I could find) is in relation to him standing as a candidate for a minor political role in 2015.{{cite web |url=https://www.lavozdegalicia.es/noticia/lugo/becerrea/2015/05/13/pp-miguel-cela-nuevo-candidato/00031431432375496493599.htm |title=PP: Miguel Cela, nuevo candidato}}

- Delete. Searching found a lot of unreliable bloggy pages about or by him, but nothing usable as an independent reliable source about him. —David Eppstein (talk) 18:41, 30 May 2020 (UTC)
