Delete no reliable sources. The fact of being mentioned in several websites is not relevant, since the name Fábio is very common in Brazil and Torres is common as well. We was able to find a musician called Fabio Torres, see [http://www.submarino.com.br/produto/2/21418747/celso+de+almeida,+fabio+torres+e+paulo+paulelli] and I don't think they are the same person.
