Nothing indicating notability per WP:GNG. Weak delete. Only source approaching reliable I could find is [http://www.uelectronics.info/femtoos-avrs this one]; that said, it does sound like an impressive piece of engineering and I wouldn't be surprised to find more sources in the specialist press, which may well be inaccessible with a simple web search.
