Not an unincorporated community but [https://www.google.com/maps/place/Tell+City,+IN/@37.9496188,-86.7913292,13z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x886ee467da58ca95:0x94459ed92bf3eaf9!8m2!3d37.9514447!4d-86.7677663 a neighborhood in] incorporated Tell City, Indiana. Per WP:GEOLAND "Examples may include subdivisions, business parks, housing developments, informal regions of a state, unofficial neighborhoods, etc. – any of which could be considered notable on a case-by-case basis, given non-trivial coverage in multiple, independent reliable sources." Could not find non-trivial coverage mentioning this subdivision. Reywas92Talk 20:45, 16 May 2019 (UTC)

- Keep - Fenn Haven is one of several settlements in Indian nominated for deletion (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hildebrand Village, Indiana, which closed as "keep"). Fenn Haven is a "populated, legally recognized place", per WP:GEOLAND:
- [https://geonames.usgs.gov/apex/f?p=gnispq:3:::NO::P3_FID:434445 The US Department of the Interior] identifies Fenn Haven as a populated place.
- [https://portal.idem.in.gov/permitstatussearch/default.aspx The State of Indiana] identifies Fenn Haven on a list of municipalities.
- [https://perryin.wthgis.com/ Perry County] identifies Fenn Haven as a unique community on its GIS map.
- Several maps at Template:GeoTemplate list Pleasure Valley. Magnolia677 (talk) 09:56, 18 May 2019 (UTC)
- GEOLAND also says "This guideline specifically excludes maps and census tables from consideration when establishing topic notability, because these sources often establish little except the existence of the subject." None of these establish anything beyond presence on maps, the DOI link citing "U.S. Geological Survey 1:24,000-scale topographic maps". The Perry County map identifies it as a subdivision, not a "unique community", clearly placing it within Tell City, which is an actual municipality. Reywas92Talk 23:02, 18 May 2019 (UTC)
::::Maps are excluded for establishing notability. Because Fenn Haven is a populated, legally recognized place, it is already presumed to be notable. Magnolia677 (talk) 08:31, 19 May 2019 (UTC)
- Keep Wikipedia serves as a gazeteer and unincorporated communities are considered notable. I did added a citation to the Fenn Haven, Indiana article-[http://www.topozone.com/indiana/perry-in/city/fenn-haven/ Fenn Haven Topo Map in Perry County IN]-thank you-RFD (talk) 09:04, 19 May 2019 (UTC)
- Keep This is getting ridiculous. If this behavior by nom continues, we may need to take it to ANI or something. Enough. Smartyllama (talk) 14:42, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
