• Keep I have rewritten the article with sources. FCRs are different than ordinary financial statements. The sources in the article and others not included, such as [http://www.osc.state.ny.us/localgov/pubs/lgmg/financialconditionanalysis.pdf], show that there are multiple independent reliable sources discussing the topic in depth, so that the topic passes WP:GNG. If kept, I suggest that the article be moved to Financial condition report, per WP:TITLE. --Mark viking (talk) 19:23, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
