This one appears to be a combination of some error in GNIS and a failure to fully compare the sources against each other. The GNIS entry is no longer there, and the name doesn't appear on the topos until after they cease to show structures; considering that the coordinates settle directly on a farmstead, though, with no sign of a former rail right-of-way, this cannot be the right location. Furthermore the place names DB (which was not referenced) says that it was a railroad station as well. Not sure what went on ehre but not getting indications this was an actually settlement. Delete - Hoo boy this one's a mess! It appears that the article was created without coordinates and a bot later added coords for a different Fletcher in nearby Adams County. I went ahead and added the correct coordinates which do point to a place next to a railroad which was marked as "Fletcher" on topos up until 1938. But it's all for naught since neither location shows any sign of being a notable community. –dlthewave ☎ 03:47, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
