  • Keep. A professor emeritus at a large university with an OBE strikes me as notable; an OBE probably counts as "a well-known and significant award or honor" per WP:ANYBIO.   • Keep. An architect and lecturer, he went on to author and co-author several books that appear to be important in terms of architectural reference guides. I've added some references to show that his works have been reviewed across several decades. I think he clearly is notable when judged against :WP:AUTHOR.
