The result was redirect without merging. Since switching to dual licensing on June 16, 2009, GFDL-only text added after 1 November 2008 is no longer validly licensed for use on Wikipedia, so we cannot keep GFDL-only text that was added in August 2012. De728631 (talk) 12:55, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

Redirect to List of SpongeBob SquarePants characters#Fred. Yes, it's awesome whenever Fred yells "My leg!" No, this does not mean that he meets Wikipedia's notability guidelines or has any real-world significance. I believe the precedent has been set at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Old Man Jenkins (Spongebob Squarepants) for redirecting minor SpongeBob characters to the main character list. Note to closing administrator: if consensus is to merge, then keep in mind that the content of the article appears largely copied-and-pasted from the fan wiki SpongePedia. Merge sourced information.
