It's not clear that this painter meets WP:BIO. Coverage accessible through on Google is apparently limited to [http://www.askart.com/askart/h/fred_w_hunt/fred_w_hunt.aspx this AskArt entry], itself submitted by a person from the association he is said to chair. Delete, searches I've made show (as the nom attests) that an AskArt entry (which due to the submitter fails WP:BIO, since it isn't third party or independent) is all there is.
