Speculative and non-notable project that fails WP:ORG. The "French Quarter Tower 1" project has no matches in Google News or LexisNexis. With an absence of sources this project seems speculative and fails WP:CRYSTAL. Most website references are circular refs back to this same article. Where articles do exist (for example The Courier Mail, 2007) these are speculative based on the developer's press releases. • Delete This project was only ever rumoured, and was never formally submitted to Council for approval. It has since be cancelled by the developer and is definitely not going to be built. It was premature to create a page for this proposed scheme. -MyFavco (talk) 12:45, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
