I've declined a WP:PROD on this, but I don't feel it's salvageable. He's {{em|possibly}} just over the notability line, but borderline at best, and there's virtually nothing salvageable here. As far as I can tell the "tour" actually consisted of busking outside Abbey Road studios in the hope that someone would notice him, and he was never actually a recording artist. The absence of an equivalent page on Portuguese Wikipedia is also a huge red flag, since Portugal is the place where he's purportedly notable. ‑ Iridescent 15:37, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

Delete since subject fails WP:NMUSICIAN and WP:NCREATIVE. The extant sources are limited to marginal websites (e.g. [http://www.unkind.pt/bandas_nacionais/detalhe.php?id=228 here]), routine discography listings such as [http://www.discogs.com/GCDayer-Say-Dont-Look-What/release/2562721 this], dead links ([http://www.omirante.pt/noticia.asp?idEdicao=54&id=49277&idSeccao=422&Action=noticia here]),and promos like [http://www.chucketta.com/ENG/Index this].
