Keep – Meets the GNG per a source review. In addition to those presented above, [https://international.thenewslens.com/article/107139 here] is another news source, and [https://books.google.com/books?id=O7ErDwAAQBAJ&pg=PA31 here] (pp. 31–37) is a source from what appears to be a reliable periodical (Taiwan Panorama).
