Page clearly made for advertising purposes, it has posted fake information such as person educated at Oxford etc. Unclear significance of a living person to create a biography on Wikipedia. Will be more relevant to include bio on the official websites of the organizations the person is associated with.

:This woman several times was Commissioner of the National Pavilion of her country at Venice biennales, plus is Director of the Art and Culture Development Foundation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Secretary General of the National Commission of Uzbekistan on UNESCO Affairs under the Cabinet of Ministers.
