This is not an accurate description of the state title; it appears that the writer is using this to advance his own agenda in violation of WP:POINT mhking (talk) 21:57, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

  • Delete - Speedy A3 Article consists entirely of "chat-like comments," used to push an agenda and disrupt Wikipedia, to boot. It is probably possible to write a real article on the law, but this definitely isn't it. RayTalk 00:12, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
  • Delete. No matter how neutral you write this story, it's still a non-notable act and probably falls under WP:NOTNEWS. Niteshift36 (talk) 15:11, 28 July 2009 (UTC)
