The picture shown is by Gerlach Flicke, as per that article and the National Portrait Gallery. There are no accessible sources cited, and a search around (Google Books, Google Scholar, JSTOR, etc) reveals nothing. I assume this is some kind of mistake; in any case, it should be deleted.
