Fails WP:CREATIVE. The only real claims to notability are that he was on a Forbes list of the 300 most influential Israelis under 40 (ranked 271, I think) and some exhibitions. I can't find any sources to support notability. The sources in the article are a single interview, a Word document supporting the Forbes claim and a blog with some of his photos.
