Delete definate fails WP:POLLIE as a counciler/deputy mayor neither is notable, the questions lies in [http://www.awardsaustralia.com/YAA_sa_win09.html SA YA Winner '09] IMHO a state award isnt sufficient to stand alone when considering notability. probable COI in article creator even SPA with the another wouldnt oppose salting by closing admin.
