This looks like a non-notable neologism. Note that I removed [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Globalocal&diff=493787246&oldid=493781839 these examples] which I think supports my point. Ricky81682 (talk) 04:34, 5 July 2014 (UTC)

  • Delete, brief search didn't find any evidence that this term is used with any regularity. Also, WP is not a dictionary. AdventurousSquirrel (talk) 01:56, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

Fails WP:NEO, specifically: "To support an article about a particular term or concept, we must cite what reliable secondary sources, such as books and papers, say about the term or concept, not books and papers that use the term."
