I can't find evidence that he meets WP:People. I can't verify the claim about Purchasing Magazine to see if it helps, the 'seminal' book seems very non-notable, the Ohio thing seems pretty trivial as well (the 36 World-class finalists).   • Delete. The article reads like a resume, not a wikipedia article, was created by a user whose username suggests he might be affiliated with [http://www.brickmarketing.com this company], and has been deleted twice under CSD G11.
