- Keep - the company, now known as GKW Limited, is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India [https://www.reuters.com/companies/GKWL.NS/listings according to Reuters], which doesn't necessarily point to notability, but suggests there is likely independent coverage (WP:LISTED). In a cursory search I found some news coverage under its new name: "[https://www.telegraphindia.com/business/gkw-arm-to-come-under-graphite-fold/cid/488969 GKW arm to come under Graphite fold]" (Telegraph India); "[https://www.hindustantimes.com/business/gkw-shares-jump-six-fold-in-2-weeks/story-QlIKFz5kmlsiCJb8PDHfBK.html GKW shares jump six-fold in 2 weeks]" (Hindustan Times); "[https://www.thehindubusinessline.com/companies/gkw-inks-pact-with-western-india-forgings/article7604241.ece GKW inks pact with Western India Forgings]" (Business Line); and "[https://www.livemint.com/Companies/fcXArLeiojYdsQMX5iYW3O/Phoenix-Mills-buys-land-from-GKW-eyes-bigger-prize-ahead.html Phoenix Mills buys land from GKW, eyes bigger prize ahead]" (Mint). - Delete - Badly fails WP:GNG. Non-notable. --Wildhorse3 (talk) 19:04, 3 June 2021 (UTC)
- :And what about the sources found by me and by Aranya? Why don't you consider them to give a pass of the general notability guideline? Phil Bridger (talk) 19:12, 3 June 2021 (UTC)
- Keep The book reference by Phil Bridger and other book references in addition to the high probability of analyst coverage during its long years quoted on the stock exchange is more than enough to meet NCORP requirements. There is some concern of the accuracy and paucity of the article though. For example [https://books.google.ie/books?id=ThftAAAAMAAJ this book, "The Role and Impact of Multinationals"] suggests the company was set up as a private company in 1931 under the name "Henry William India" (not mentioned in the article) and other references suggest that a minority stake was acquired by a British company, GKN, which is also not mentioned.
