DELETE. Search as I might, I am unable to find non-trivial coverage from reliable third party publications on this subject. JBsupreme (talk) 20:07, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

: Also in the event that the article cannot be sufficiently sourced I would suggets a merge to Shpongle over a delete. Artw (talk) 06:10, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

  • Keep. Hallucinogen is Simon Posford who is also a member of Shpongle ([http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&searchlink=SHPONGLE&sql=11:avfuxqrjld0e~T1 Allmusic bio]) and Younger Brother ([http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:dcfwxqy0ldse~T1 Allmusic bio]). There's more than adeqate coverage of Hallucinogen, e.g. [http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&searchlink=HALLUCINOGEN&sql=11:ajfyxqqhldhe~T1 Allmusic bio], [http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:h9fuxqlaldje Allmusic review], [http://www.jambase.com/Artists/30634/Hallucinogen-%28Simon-Posford%29/Bio Jambase bio], [http://www.thescene.com.au/Music/Features/Get-Shpongled-with-Simon-Posford/ The Scene], [http://www.citypages.com/2001-10-10/music/hippy-to-be-square&page=83 City Pages], [http://ent.qq.com/a/20090714/000309.htm ent.qq.com], [http://www.glidemagazine.com/articles/53449/a-twisted-conspiracy.html?com=y Glide magazine], [http://www.zvuki.ru/R/P/17125 zvuki.ru], [http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9907E7DB1039F934A15756C0A9639C8B63 New York Times]. Posford/Hallucinogen also has a few mentions in The Virgin Encyclopedia of Dance Music.--Michig (talk) 06:26, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

:: He actually gets a fair few Google Books mentions [http://books.google.com/books?oe=UTF-8&um=1&lr=&q=%22simon+posford%22&btnG=Search+Books]. Artw (talk) 06:52, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

  • Keep per Michig. Several of the the sources you linked to are not reliable and/or in another language, but Glide Magazine, City Pages, and The Scene all look pretty solid. --Cerebellum (talk) 00:30, 24 February 2010 (UTC)
  • Keep How can a musician's albums all be notable, if the one producing these notable things is not? That doesn't make any sense. What about all the sites Google news search brings back when you search for "Halllucinogen" And "Simon Posford"? [http://news.google.com/archivesearch?q=%22Hallucinogen%22+%22Simon+Posford%22+source%3A%22-newswire%22+source%3A%22-wire%22+source%3A%22-presswire%22+source%3A%22-PR%22+source%3A%22-press%22+source%3A%22-release%22+source%3A%22-wikipedia%22&btnG=Search+Archives&scoring=a] Searching for his albums, and I'm sure you'll find mention of him in their reviews. • Keep per User:Michig. He also founded Twisted Records (UK), and was a major figure in the psychedelic trance and goa trance music. Early 90s dance music movements aren't exactly well documented only via Google News. Razorlicious (talk) 08:48, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
  • Keep There appears to be plenty of third-party coverage to indicate notability. Captain panda 04:24, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
