There is nothing to show the subject meets WP:MANOTE or WP:GNG. The fact that he opened an aikido school 40 years ago is not notable. Teaching Steven Seagal is WP:NOTINHERITED. His name appears in a list of names in an article in Black Belt magazine, but that's not significant coverage. This looks like it may also fall under WP:NOTMEMORIAL.
