Why the page should be deleted

URLs used for References are bare URLs and there's no importance of the article. The Page creator is creating pages by submitting invalid URLs to confuse the Wikipedia. So I'm requesting to delete these kind of pages from Wikipedia. Also requesting to block this user. Josu4u (talk) 14:50, 21 August 2015 (UTC)

Comment unsure about notability, but I see no problem with the urls. If the meaning is that the refs are irrelevant, they are not irrelevant--they are refs about the films in which he appeared; whether he had significant roles needs to be determined. DGG ( talk ) 17:46, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

Comment It's hard to tell about notability. Judging by a quick search via Google Translate, [https://ta.wikipedia.org/wiki/ Tamil Wikipedia] doesn't seem to have a page on him or the film Krishnaveni Panjaalai, but Wikipedias are works in progress, and it may be that no one has gotten to him yet. To confuse things further, some sources refer to him as "Hema Chandran," e.g. [http://spicyonion.com/movie/nanda-nanditha/ Spicy Onion]. BlackcurrantTea (talk) 20:38, 9 July 2016 (UTC)
